We charge a one-time placement fee of 25% of the first-year salary. Every hire comes with our 3-month perfect-hire guarantee: if you're not satisfied, we'll find a replacement at no extra cost.
Can I hire for part-time roles?
No. We only focus on full-time roles to ensure the best results for both businesses and talent. This allows us to attract and retain top professionals who are fully committed to your success.
Where is your talent based?
At the moment, our talent pool is based in Mexico and the Philippines. We find that they have the best combination of strong English skills, professional expertise, and culture fit with Western businesses.
How do you screen candidates?
We use a thorough two-step process: First, comprehensive interviews to assess skills, experience, and communication. Next, a paid working day assessment (covered by the $500 deposit) where candidates handle actual tasks from your business — giving you a real preview of their capabilities.
