What are your fees and guarantees?
We begin our search after a $500 commitment deposit that goes toward your final fee. Once your matched talent accepts the offer, you are charged a one‒time placement fee of 25% of their first‒year salary. If you're hiring for 3 or more roles, you get a 5% fee discount. Every hire comes with our 3-month perfect-hire guarantee: if you're not satisfied, we'll find a replacement at no extra cost.
How long does it take to find the right hire?
Most clients have candidates to review within 21 days. After you select your top choice, they can typically start within a week. Compare that to traditional hiring which often takes 2-3 months (and sometimes longer) with no guarantee you'll actually find someone good.
Can I hire for part-time roles?
No. We only focus on full-time roles to ensure the best results for both businesses and talent. This allows us to attract and retain top professionals who are fully committed to your success.
